TECHNOLOGY HEALTH ASSISTANT SYSTEM

The Health Assistant System is an IoT solution designed to improve medication adherence and health monitoring for the elderly. Utilizing ESP32, it monitors heart rate, temperature, and SpO2 while providing automated medication reminders. Using prototyping methodology, the project developed a functional system for real-time tracking. Results indicate improved medication timing and effective remote monitoring by caregivers. In conclusion, the system enhances elderly independence and reduces healthcare burdens. Future recommendations include incorporating machine learning for predictive health analytics.
